Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the reflection of the main aspects of strategic management of the development of the potential of the industry of the enterprise of the defense-industrial complex. The key stages of strategy formation are reflected, which are characterized from five points of view. The complexity of the work of the scientific and production enterprise in interaction with the external environment is characterized. It consists in the fact that between them/and the micro and macro environment there is a mesoenvironment representing shareholders and the board of directors, whose participation in the management of the scientific and production enterprise is to the end, in the conditions of Russia, an undeveloped character, which negatively affects the work of enterprises. The main threats of the external and internal environment are described. To maintain the formed strategy on differentiation or costs in combination with the growth strategy, the article considers the main activities. A model of the process of strategic control of the implementation of the enterprise development strategy is presented.
