Abstract (English):
In the article, the authors substantiate the need to overcome the shortage of highly qualified specialists in the field of consulting. The object of the study is Russian companies providing consulting services. The subject of the study is methods of overcoming the problem of shortage of professionals with a high level of qualification. The purpose of the study is to consider ways to solve the problem of shortage of highly qualified specialists in the field of modern Russian consulting and to develop a model for overcoming the shortage of highly qualified personnel based on an integrated approach (bionic approach, sharing of competencies and a training system). Research objectives: 1. To study the current situation on the labor market and employment in the field of consulting; 2. To consider the methods used by Russian consulting companies to optimize the use of resources to overcome the shortage of competencies; 3. To consider the measures taken by Russian consulting companies to create a system aimed at training and developing personnel. 4. To develop an original model of overcoming the shortage of highly qualified personnel based on an integrated approach (bionic approach, sharing of competencies and a training system). The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of the author's model for overcoming the deficit of highly qualified personnel based on an integrated approach (bionic approach, sharing of competencies and training system). Research methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization, deduction, induction.
