    <p>На основе аналитического решения задач оперативной маскировки был разработан программный комплекс, реализующий расчет различных характеристик и оценку эффективности проводимых мероприятий оперативной маскировки. Приведен перечень выявленных и реализованных информационно-расчетных задач, структурная схема оценки эффективности маскировки, особенности программной реализации и описание работы программного комплекса, включающего в себя как решение выявленных задач, так и доступ к необходимым справочным данным по каждой конкретной задаче, используемых в ней исходных данных и получаемых результатов. В результате расчета программный комплекс позволяет получить оценку полноты мероприятий оперативной маскировки, а также ее общую эффективность и оценку степени достижения цели, то есть обмана противника. Описан пример работы программного комплекса с последовательностью выводимых экранных форм для ввода/вывода данных и справочной информации. Программный комплекс является универсальным средством расчета, предусматривает ввод данных из соответствующих файлов и вручную. Выполняет функции поддержки принятия решения при оптимальном распределении сил и средств на мероприятия оперативной маскировки. Обладает высокой скоростью расчета, позволяет в наглядной форме выводить результаты, имеет интуитивно понятный интерфейс.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Based on the analytical solution of operational masking problems, a software package was developed that imple-ments the calculation of various characteristics and an assessment of the effectiveness of the ongoing operational masking measures. A list of identified and implemented information and calculation tasks, a structural scheme for assessing the effectiveness of masking, features of software implementation and a description of the operation of the software complex, which includes both the solution of iden-tified tasks and access to the necessary reference data for each specific task, the initial data used in it and the results obtained.&#13;
As a result of the calculation, the software package makes it possible to obtain an assessment of the complete-ness of operational camouflage measures, as well as its overall effectiveness and an assessment of the degree of achieving the goal, that is, deceiving the enemy. An exam-ple of the software system operation with a sequence of displayed screen forms for data input/output and reference information is described. The software package is a uni-versal calculation tool, provides for the entry of data from the corresponding files and manually. Performs decision support functions with optimal distribution of forces and funds for operational camouflage activities. It has a high calculation speed, allows you to display results in a visual form, has an intuitive interface.</p>
