В современном деловом мире происходят стремительные изменения, вызванные цифровыми преобразованиями, которые обусловлены множеством факторов: интеграцией на мировом рынке, технологическими достижениями и, в частности, цифровизацией промышленных процессов. Это новое веяние не ограничивается внедрением традиционных инструментов цифрового производства, но и охватывает механизмы управления проектами цифровой трансформации предприятий, используя технологии Индустрии 4.0. В статье автор предлагает исследование, которое вносит вклад в развитие теории и практики управления проектами цифровой трансформации промышленного предприятия. В статье проводится анализ публикаций, направленных на уточнение термина «проект цифровой трансформации промышленного предприятия». На основе этого анализа автор формулирует собственное определение, которое отражает суть проекта с точки зрения развития производственно-экономической системы. В статье описаны ключевые различия между ИТ- проектами и проектами цифровой трансформации промышленного предприятия. Особое внимание уделено концепции Индустрии 4.0, которая представляет собой революционный подход к производству, основанный на возможности гибкой генерации и анализа огромных объемов данных в режиме реального времени. В контексте этого подхода раскрываются механизмы управления проектами цифровой трансформации с использованием технологий Индустрии 4.0., что позволяет предприятиям успешно адаптироваться к меняющимся условиям и извлекать выгоду из новых возможностей.

The modern business world is undergoing rapid changes caused by digital transformations, which are driven by many factors: integration into the global market, technological advances, and, in particular, the digitalization of industrial processes. This new trend is not limited to the introduction of traditional digital production tools, but also covers the mechanisms for managing digital transformation projects of enterprises using Industry 4.0 technologies. In his article, the author offers a study that contributes to the development of the theory and practice of project management of digital transformation of an industrial enterprise. The article analyzes publications aimed at clarifying the term "industrial enterprise digital transformation project". Based on this analysis, the author formulates his own definition, which reflects the essence of the project in terms of the development of the production and economic system. The article describes the key differences between IT projects and industrial enterprise digital transformation projects. Special attention is paid to the concept of Industry 4.0, which represents a revolutionary approach to manufacturing based on the ability to flexibly generate and analyze huge amounts of data in real time. In the context of this approach, the mechanisms for managing digital transformation projects using Industry 4.0 technologies are revealed, which allows enterprises to successfully adapt to changing conditions and benefit from new opportunities.
