Происходящий в мировом хозяйстве переход от пятого технологического уклада к шестому закономерно повлечет за собой радикальные изменения не только в структуре экономики, но и содержании бизнес-процессов. При этом уместно предположить, что по мере развития шестого технологического уклада организация бизнес-процессов может претерпеть такие же революционные изменения, которые происходили в 1980-е годы после смены четвертого технологического уклада пятым, известные как реинжиниринг бизнес-процессов, и названные их создателями Майклом Хаммером и Джеймсом Чампи не иначе как «Манифест революции в бизнесе». В связи с тем, что при смене шестым технологическим укладом пятого можно ожидать очередную революцию в бизнесе (условный реинжиниринг бизнес-процессов-2), возникает объективная необходимость определения возможностей и перспектив использования для этих целей существующих методологий моделирования бизнес-процессов. Целью представленной работы является исследование возможностей и перспектив развития методологии моделирования бизнес-процессов BPMN при развитии технологий шестого уклада и ожидании очередной революции в бизнесе (реинжиниринг бизнес-процессов-2). Научная значимость полученных результатов заключается в том, что, учитывая ожидаемую технологическую революцию, связанную с наступлением шестого уклада, в рамках гипотезы о смене парадигмы реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов 1980-х годов, новой парадигмой радикального переосмысления бизнес-процессов (условно обозначенную реинжиринг-2), ожидаемую в 2030-е годы, представляется дополнить основные типы блоков моделей методологии BPMN (частные, абстрактные и процессы взаимодействия) дополнить блоком моделирования трансформации бизнес-процессов. Практическая значимость полученных результатов заключается в возможности их учета при рассмотрении направлений развития методологии моделирования процессов, происходящих в управляемых системах с использованием нотации BPMN.
The transition from the fifth technological order to the sixth one that is taking place in the world economy will naturally entail radical changes not only in the structure of the economy, but also in the content of business processes. It is appropriate to assume that as the sixth technological order develops, the organization of business processes may undergo the same revolutionary changes that took place in the 1980s after the fourth technological order was replaced by the fifth one, known as business process reengineering, and called by their creators Michael Hammer and James Champy nothing less than the "Manifesto of the Business Revolution". Due to the fact that when the sixth technological order replaces the fifth one, another revolution in business can be expected (conditional business process reengineering-2), there is an objective need to determine the possibilities and prospects for using existing business process modeling methodologies for these purposes. The purpose of the presented work is to study the possibilities and prospects for the development of the BPMN business process modeling methodology in the development of sixth-wave technologies and the expectation of the next revolution in business (business process reengineering-2). The scientific significance of the obtained results lies in the fact that, given the expected technological revolution associated with the onset of the sixth wave, within the framework of the hypothesis of a change in the paradigm of business process reengineering of the 1980s, a new paradigm of radical rethinking of business processes (conditionally designated reengineering-2), expected in the 2030s, it seems to supplement the main types of blocks of BPMN methodology models (private, abstract and interaction processes) with a block of modeling the transformation of business processes. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of taking them into account when considering the directions of development of the methodology for modeling processes occurring in managed systems using the BPMN notation.
