POSSIBILITIES OF USING THE MODEL OF DYNAMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE LIVEHUDA B. AND GLAZLA F. IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Abstract (English):
The relevance of the presented study is that in the conditions of the ongoing change of technological structures, political, social, technological and economic aspects of society naturally change. In such periods of diverse transformations in society, it is of interest to turn to the rich theoretical and methodological tools for implementing transformations in controlled socio-economic systems. The purpose of the presented study is to consider the possibilities of using the model of dynamic development of the organization by Livehud B. and Glazl F. in modern conditions of changing technological structures in the interests of ensuring the effectiveness of the implementation of the necessary transformations. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the substantiation of the option for resolving the crisis in the fourth phase of the model of organic evolutionary (dynamic) development of the organization by B. Livehud and F. Glazl through the "phase of radical transformation" based on the impulses of development of intra-firm generation without relying on the help of external resources, characteristic of the associative phase of Glazl F. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the fact that the proposed option of the "phase of radical transformation" in the conditions of a saturated market of a post-industrial economy is expected to be more promising than the option of the associative phase of F. Glazl.
