This article covers a topical issue in the modern business world, where the process approach is becoming an integral tool in the work of organizations, against the backdrop of a constantly changing economic situation. The objective of the presented study is to identify the opportunities and prospects obtained by the organization when implementing the process approach to management in all business processes using the BMP system. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that as a result of identifying the opportunities and prospects obtained by the organization when implementing the process approach to management in all business processes, based on the composition of factors that should be taken into account by the organization when choosing a BMP system and ensure benefits from using this system, the work synthesized a criterion for assessing the expected efficiency of implementing a BMP system in the organization's activities, including the following indicators: functional efficiency of the BMP system in question; assessment of the conformity of the BMP system in question with the architectural complexity and size of the managed system; performance of the BMP system in question; budgetary costs for the BMP system in question; the level of ease of use of the BMP system in question in the organization; the level of quality of customer service using the BMP system in question in the organization; the level of cost reduction when using the BMP system in question in the organization; level of flexibility and adaptability of the implemented business processes in the managed organization when using the considered BMP system. The practical significance of the results of the work is that the use of the proposed criterion will ensure the rationalization of the choice of the BMP system when implementing the process approach to management in the organization.
