   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Данное исследование посвящено качеству поверхностного слоя бандажей, анализу различных установок поверхностного упрочнения и выбору оптимального метода обработки, оценки различных параметров с помощью современных методов контроля. В качестве новизны исследований можно отметить преимущества метода лазерного поверхностного термоупрочнения. В результате сформулированы информативные параметры диагностики на базе метода акустической эмиссии.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>This study is devoted to the quality of the surface layer of tyres, the analysis of various surface hardening installations and the choice of the optimal machining method, evaluation of various parameters using modern control methods. The advantages of the laser surface thermal hardening method can be noted as the novelty of the research. As a result, informative diagnostic parameters based on the acoustic emission method are formulated.</p>
