Abstract:
The review discusses one of the most important and at the same time causing the most heated debates the problem of modern Geophysics is the impact of solar activity on the lower atmosphere and weather. The patterns of the relationship of thunderstorm and solar activity in the territory of the Sulfur of the Caucasus. Received correlation of thunderstorm and solar activity, allowing with high accuracy to predict patterns of frequency of thunderstorms in time.

Основное возражение против возможности эффективного воздействия солнечной активности на состояние нижней атмосферы и погоду, основанное на недостаточной мощности солнечного ветра, оказывается вполне преодолимым. В предлагаемой работе обсуждается одно из самых актуальных проявлений солнечно-земных связей - выявление регионального реагирования грозоактивности на Северном Кавказе.
