Особенности организации радиационного мониторинга окружающей среды, а также системы реагирования на чрезвычайные ситуации в европейских странах с развитой атомной промышленности. Описаны основные радио и экологических угроз и методы их контроля. Анализ национального радиационного контроля программ и стратегии их развития было сделано. Также было сделано сравнение информационную и техническую поддержку систем в рассматриваемых странах</p>

    <p>The features of the organization of radiation monitoring of the environment, as well as emergency response systems in European countries with developed nuclear industry are considered. The basic radio and ecological threats and methods of their control are described. The analysis of the national radiation monitoring programs and their development strategy was done. Also was done the comparison of information and technical support of the systems in the considered countries</p>

  <p>Radiological emergency monitoring systems comprise systems intended for early warning about unexpected increases in the background radiation levels, and systems for mapping radioactivity in the environment, resulting from radiological accidents domestically or abroad. The Nordic and Baltic Sea countries all possess automatic early warning systems and most countries have established strategies, equipment and routines to map the national territory after fallout of radioactive material. National programs also exist for determining contamination levels of food, environmental samples, vehicles, goods etc., as well as any external or internal contamination of people.</p>
