Цель работы - изучение и анализ процесса интеграции факторов окружающей среды, социальной ответственности и управления корпоративной деятельностью (ESG) в контексте корпоративного управления и стратегического планирования в российских технологических компаниях. Результатом работы является анализ процесса интеграции ESG-факторов в корпоративное управление и стратегическое планирование на основе изучения современных российских технологических компаний, а также международного опыта. Также выявлены успешные практики интеграции ESG в деятельность компаний, и оценены вызовы и трудности, с которыми сталкиваются компании в процессе осуществления данного процесса.
The relevance of the work is due to the urgent need for Russian technology companies to integrate ESG factors (environmental factors, social responsibility and corporate governance) into their strategy and management. This will ensure not only stability and competitiveness in a dynamic business environment, but also allow attracting investments, meeting consumer expectations and complying with legal requirements, which is becoming a key factor in the successful development of companies in the modern business landscape. The purpose of the work is to study and analyze the process of integrating environmental factors, social responsibility and corporate governance (ESG) in the context of corporate governance and strategic planning in Russian technology companies. The result of the work will be to provide an analysis of the process of integrating ESG factors into corporate governance and strategic planning based on the study of modern Russian technology companies. The authors of the work plan to identify successful ESG integration practices, as well as to assess the challenges and difficulties faced by companies in the process of implementing this transition.
