Abstract (English):
The historical milestones of the formation and development of the system of secondary vocational and technical education in the Eastern Crimea are considered. Taking into account the modern problems facing it, the great contribution of educational institutions of this region to the training of workers for various industries was shown. The research was conducted on the basis of the principles of historicism, objectivity, and consistency. The materials presented in the study can be used in educational work, as well as in the development of classes on national history, local history, and history of pedagogy.
