Abstract (English):
The results of studies on the synthesis of BN-Si3N4-Si composition in the SHS mode are presented. It was found that it was not possible to obtain Si3N4 in the product from the systems selected for the study. However, the final product consisted of a BN-Si composition, which is a powder with a nanometer particle size.
