Данное исследование направлено на анализ проблем, связанных с сырьевой направленностью нефтегазодобывающего региона на примере Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа Югры. Автором рассмотрены и проанализированы основные направления развития неоиндустриального экспорта, такие как: агропромышленный комплекс; нефтесервисные услуги и технологии; медицинские услуги; креативные индустрии; въездной туризм. Сделан акцент на направлениях, характерных для нефтегазодобывающего региона, каким является ХантыМансийский автономный округ – Югра. Обусловлена необходимость развития данных направлений, связанная с текущей экономической и политической ситуацией на мировой арене. Также рассмотрены причины возникновения существующих экономических проблем на уровне нефтегазодобывающего региона и предложены возможные пути их решения в соответствии с мерами государственной поддержки, предлагаемыми в настоящее время.
This study is aimed at analyzing the problems associated with the raw orientation of the oil and gas producing region on the example of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra. The author considered and analyzed the main directions of development of neo-industrial exports, such as: agro-industrial complex; oilfield services and technologies; medical services; creative industries; inbound tourism. Emphasis is placed on the areas typical for the oil and gas producing region, which is the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra. The need for the development of these areas, associated with the current economic and political situation on the world stage, is conditioned. Also, the reasons for the emergence of existing economic problems at the level of the oil and gas producing region are considered and possible ways to solve them are proposed in accordance with the measures of state support currently offered.
