Abstract (English):
The All-Russian championship movement in professional skills includes events of the Championship in professional skills "Professionals" and the Championship of High Technologies (hereinafter – the Championship Movement). The championship is held within the framework of the federal project "Professionalism (personnel for economic growth)" of the national project "Education". The Championship is aimed at achieving the national development goal of the Russian Federation until 2030, defined by subparagraph B of paragraph 1 of Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated July 21, 2020 No. 474: "Opportunities for self-realization and talent development" and the corresponding target indicator "Formation of an effective system for identifying, supporting and developing abilities and talents in children and youth based on the principles of justice, universality and aimed at self-determination and professional orientation of all students."
