В статье рассмотрены преступления в сфере финансов как одна из глобальных угроз экономической безопасности Российской Федерации. Определены основные угрозы финансовой безопасности Российской Федерации, основными в данной работе выделены преступления в финансовой сфере. Финансовые преступления, объединяющие в себе бюджетные, налоговые и другие виды преступлений, являются серьезной угрозой для корректного функционирования экономических отношений и финансовой системы. Подробно рассмотрены виды финансовых преступлений, проанализирована их статистика, а также предложена авторская классификация, которая необходима для более ясного определения и выявления таких преступлений, а также для разработки эффективных методов их пресечения.
The article considers crimes in the field of finance as one of the global threats to the economic se-curity of the Russian Federation. The main threats to the financial security of the Russian Federation are identified, and crimes in the financial sphere are highlighted as the main ones in this work. Financial crimes that combine budgetary, tax and other types of crimes are a serious threat to the proper functioning of economic relations and the financial system. The types of financial crimes are considered in detail, their statistics are analyzed, and the author's classification is proposed, which is necessary for a clearer definition and identification of such crimes, as well as for the de-velopment of effective methods of their suppression.
