The study analyzed current approaches to enterprise management in conditions of variability. To solve this problem, the article suggests a new way of combining conflicting preferences in the process of managerial decision-making, known as the unified decision-making method. This approach is recommended to be applied when making decisions when there are a small number of alternatives and criteria. The study emphasizes the importance of managerial decisions in the context of conflicting interests, especially in conditions when the entrepreneurial structure is facing challenges of sustainable development and crisis. This approach allows for more flexible and efficient management, contributing to achieving a balance between the various goals and priorities of the organization. Consequently, the introduction of the method of unified decision-making can become a key element in ensuring the sustainable success of enterprises in today's dynamic economic environment.
