Abstract (English):
The labor potential of employees is an important component of the development of any enterprise. Evaluation of the effectiveness of employees is necessary to be able to withstand crisis situations and requires the adoption of appropriate strategic decisions to increase the labor potential of employees of the organization. Labor potential is a combination of organizational, personnel, professional and qualification labor potential, which, if developed, have a noticeable impact on production efficiency indicators. That is, we can say that the labor potential can be measured by the number of products that can be produced with the most effective combination of workers’ labor with the material resources at the disposal of the organization. There is a problem of evaluating the effectiveness of the company’s employees. It should involve determining the current state of the personnel status, comparing the assessment of the level of personal capabilities, including its intellectual and physical properties and opportunities for self-improvement in the course of work, as well as analyzing the labor potential of employees of an enterprise or organization.
