Abstract (English):
The relevance of the presented study is determined by the fact that the development of the construction industry is inextricably linked with taking into account the impact on objects and structures of climatic influences that change as ongoing and expected climatic changes. The purpose of the presented studies is to determine, based on the analysis and evaluation of new rational technologies for the construction and operation of energy-efficient, environmentally friendly and reliable buildings adapted to climate change in Moscow and the Moscow region. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the development of an algorithm for determining rational technologies for adapting construction projects to the climate of Moscow and the Moscow region. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the possibility of their use, taking into account the specifics of ongoing and expected climate changes, as well as the specifics of their impact on construction projects in the conditions of Moscow and the Moscow Region, based on the expansion of construction, the introduction of new architectural and planning solutions, and the increase in quality requirements. housing and energy efficiency of buildings, the need for continuous development of the methodology for assessing and taking into account the compliance of buildings with existing and predicted climatic conditions of the area, as well as the requirements for maintaining environmental safety.
