Abstract (English):
Th e article summarizes the issues of safety on the roads of Russia and the need to comply with the country’s legislation on drivers’ insurance of their liability for violations of traffic rules that led to tra ffi c accidents that caused the death of people and damage to citizens’ property. Some directions are proposed to change the situation with safety on the roads of Russia.
