The article examines the peculiarities of the application of civil legislation in the sphere of the use of budgetary resources by the subjects of the penal enforcement system. The interrelation of civil and financial (budgetary) legislation in relations, the participants of which are bodies and institutions subordinate to the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, is shown.
