The article provides a comprehensive analysis of key indicators characterizing the effectiveness of the provision of public services in the field of promoting employment in the Krasnodar Territory. The used methodological approach to the calculation of the integral indicator made it possible to increase the validity, transparency and verifiability of the assessment results, which is a serious contribution to the formation of a sustainable platform for making informed management decisions by the public administration sector.
