   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>В обзоре докторов биологических наук А.Н. Котерова и А.А. Вайнсона на тему о радиационном гормезисе [1] цитировано 145 источников, однако не упомянуты недавние статьи [2-4], где, кроме прочего, обсуждались следующие вопросы. Известно, что многие факторы, для которых характерна двухфазная зависимость доза–эффект по типу гормезиса, присутствуют в естественной среде обитания: вещества и химические элементы, разные виды стресса, ультрафиолетовое и ионизирующее излучение. Для природных факторов гормезис объясним ввиду адаптации живых организмов к определенному уровню воздействия, что касается также естественного радиационного фона, который снижался за время существования жизни на Земле</p>
