The article analyzes polycode texts and polycode Internet communication in terms of their riskiness. Theoretical approaches to the study of the phenomenon of risk and risky communications are presented, the concepts of “risk”, “communicative risk”, “legal risk”, “zones of communicative and legal risks”, “criminogenic speech aggression” are considered. The study of polycode texts associated with the concept of "risk" is carried out in two aspects: communicative-pragmatic and legal.
