При достижении наукой и техникой апогея своего развития формируется совершенная социальная структура общества, способствующая прогрессивному увеличению эффективного плодородия почвы. Экономическая оценка сельскохозяйственных земель позволяет провести объективный анализ использования сельскохозяйственных угодий в социуме, позволяя некоторым производителям как сравнить результаты производственно-хозяйственной деятельности с конкурентами, так и выявить изменения в экономическом плодородии почвы с использованием дополнительных вложений, а также открыть новые производственные возможности.

At achievement the science and equipment of apogee of the development form the perfect social structure of society promoting progressive increase in effective fertility of the soil. The economic assessment of farmlands allows to carry out the objective analysis of use of agricultural grounds in society, allowing some producers both to compare results of production economic activity to competitors, and to reveal changes in economic fertility of the soil with use of additional investments, and also to open new production capabilities.
