Vietnam's paper industry in general and packaging paper industry in particular are entering a very difficult and challenging period, the leading cause of which is the impact of escalating tensions in trade disputes. The US - China led to the two sides continuously increasing import taxes on each other's goods, directly and profoundly affecting the economies of not only the two countries but also the global economy. The oversupply of paper packaging has been and will continue to happen quickly in the Vietnamese market, creating enormous competitive pressure for Vietnamese packaging paper enterprises.
