Improving the Organization of Wages in the Oil and Gas Industry

Abstract (English):
The relevance of the study is because one of the tools for managing human capital is the effective organization of wages. The article defines the role of the effective organization of remuneration in the management of the human capital of oil and gas enterprises. The article examines the remuneration system of workers in oil and gas industry enterprises. The study is conducted through the consideration of such problems as the lack of communication wages with the results of work. The linear dependence of remuneration on the coefficient of performance is shown. In the main part of the article there are two approaches to calculating pay for work. The (creative) nature of the formation of the KPI matrix is shown. In conclusion, briefly the conditions for increasing the sustainability of the results of evaluation and the calculation of the premium are given.
