    <p>Цель работы: изучить содержание маркёров костного метаболизма у женщин с сахарным диабетом (СД)&#13;
2-го типа в постменопаузальном периоде. Обследовано 28 женщин, из них 15 – с СД 2 типа и 13 – контрольной&#13;
группы. Определялись уровни ионизированного кальция, 25-OH витамина D, остеокальцина, N-терминального&#13;
пропептида проколлагена 1-го типа, С-концевых телопептидов коллагена I типа. Представлена оценка&#13;
потребления кальция. Показано существенное снижение маркёров остеосинтеза и остеорезорбции у больных&#13;
СД 2 типа относительно показателей контрольной группы.</p>
