V rabote izuchena rasprostranennost' genotipov i alleley polimorfnogo varianta ε2/ε3/ε4 gena apolipoproteina E v gruppe zdorovyh russkih podrostkov, prozhivayuschih na territorii Vostochnoy Sibiri. Iz shesti vozmozhnyh genotipov: ε3/ε3, ε2/ε3, ε3/ε4, ε2/ε4, ε4/ε4, ε2/ε2, – bylo obnaruzheno tol'ko pyat', genotip ε2/ε2 ne vstrechalsya. Sravnitel'nyy analiz pokazateley lipidnogo obmena mezhdu podrostkami- nositelyami raznyh genotipov izuchaemogo polimorfnogo lokusa ne vyyavil staticheski znachimyh razlichiy po pokazatelyam lipidnogo obmena.
