Данная статья посвящена выявлению и оценке ключевых факторов управления проектами на ранней стадии реализации. В научной и практической литературе, зачастую, такой тип проектов безусловно причисляют к венчурным проектам. Однако, венчурный проект является лишь одной из «ступеней» проекта на ранней стадии реализации. Вопросы, рассмотренные в данной статье охватывает широкий круг проблем, связанный с отсутствием методологического единства в данной тематике. Большее внимание в исследовании уделено таким факторам, как: особенности взаимовлияния доходности проектов и выбранной бизнес-модели; факторы, влияющие на реализацию проектов, такие, как команда, финансирование и рост рынка; оценено влияние лидерских качеств руководителя проекта на успешность его реализации. Статья представляет результаты качественного и количественного исследования проектов на ранней стадии реализации в Российской федерации и может служить основой для последующих, более глубоких исследований в данном направлении.

This paper is devoted to identification and assessment of project management’s key factors at project realization’s early stage. In scientific and practical literature such type of projects often and unconditionally are ranked as venture ones. However the venture project is only one of project steps at an early stage of realization. The questions considered in this paper, cover a wide range of problems connected with absence of methodological unity in this subject. A great attention in this research has been paid to such factors, as features related to interference of projects profitability and chosen business model; influence on projects implementation such factors, as team, financing, market growth; assessment of project manager’s leadership skills influence on project realization success. Paper represents results of projects’ quality and quantitative research at their realization’s early stage in the Russian Federation and can form a basis for subsequent and deeper researches in this direction.

ВведениеОсновы управления проектом на ранней стадии реализации были заложены Р.С. Епстейном (1931), Й.А. Шумпетером (1942), Дж.С. Баином (1956), Е.Т. Пенроузом (1959), М. Холлом и Л. Вайссом (1967), У. Шефердом (1972, 1975), У. Велсом (1974), С. Пелтзманом (1977) и др. Интерес исследователей к управлению проектами на ранней стадии реализации резко повысился с 80-х гг. прошлого века и продолжает расти. В настоящее время теоретический базис по управлению проектами на ранней стадии реализации содержит исследования из различных областей. В первую очередь присутствуют как прикладные исследования, так и монографии в сфере управления проектами, маркетинга, управления знаниями. В подобных исследованиях закладываются основы управления командой проекта, управления ресурсами, раскрываются административные функции, лидерство, описываются методы и инструменты анализа рынка, выявляются особенности применительно к отдельным отраслям, к примеру, в сфере информационных технологий, машиностроении, биотехнологии и др. Исследования в сфере инвестиционного анализа и финансового менеджмента закладывают базу для анализа проекта, адаптации экономических показателей, описывают методику анализа эффективности проекта.С. Манигарт и др. [20] обнаружили, что при оценке проектов на ранней стадии реализации используется метод дисконтированных денежных потоков и др., а также производится расчет таких показателей, как внутренняя норма доходности, чистая приведенная стоимость, что позволяет сделать вывод относительно финансового состояния проекта. Особую роль стоит отвести исследованиям в сфере развития предпринимательства, так как они рассматривают вопросы, связанные с отношением инвесторов к продуктам и описывают этапы развития компаний: от проекта на ранней стадии до корпорации. Литературный обзор исследований и монографий по управлению проектами на ранней стадии реализации позволил сделать вывод о том, что это достаточно новое направление, по которому еще продолжает формироваться теоретический базис.
