The authors analysed the influence of results of the physiotherapeutic methods of the patient’s treatment with pathology of the backbone cervical part on the arterial pressure. This research included 119 outpatients at the age of 28 to 73 with degenerative process of the backbone cervical part in the exacerbation phase and the drug compensated arterial hypertension. As a result the detensortherapy and laser therapy were the safe procedure of the patient’s physiotherapeutic treatment with the degenerative processes in the backbone cervical part in the combination with the arterial hypertension
