Abstract (English):
On the basis of the statistical survey the practice of respect for common approaches to the formation and evaluation of basic language skills is analyzed: reading, writing, listening and speaking. Theoretical level of preparedness of teachers for introducing of the ideas of the FSES and the general approaches to the formation and evaluation of the main types of speech activity was analyzed, the need for mandatory application of such approaches for all kinds of work of the students was identifi ed, the main directions of improvement of professional skill of teachers in the development of professional competencies in terms of the general approaches were identifi ed. On the basis of statistical data conclusions on the substantive content and methodological support training of professional training of teachers for the implementation of the FSES at the level of implementation of the requirements for learning outcomes are made.
