Промышленность строительных материалов является одной из важнейших отраслей Белгородской области. В последние годы в области и в стране в целом произошло существенное снижение производства строительных материалов. Одним из факторов, положительно влияющих на выпуск продукции является проведение технологической модернизации на предприятиях. Отличительными чертами промышленности строительных материалов Белгородской области являются: использование устаревшего оборудования и технологий, существенный износ основных фондов, низкая инновационная активность предприятий, низкий уровень квалификация кадров. Существующие проблемы на предприятиях промышленности строительных материалов Белгородской области очень сложно решить без проведения технологической модернизации, являющейся залогом грамотного и эффективного функционирования предприятия. Значительное количество предприятий Белгородской области функционируют на базе устаревших технологий и оборудования, что негативно сказывается на конкурентоспособности продукции. The industry of construction materials is one of the most important sectors of the Belgorod region. In recent years in the area and in the country in general there was an essential decrease in production of construction materials. One of the factors which are positively influencing on production is carrying out technological upgrade at the enterprises. The distinctive features of the construction materials industry of the Belgorod region are: the use of outdated equipment and technology, a significant depreciation of fixed assets, low level of innovation activity of enterprises, low level of qualification. Existing problems in the construction materials industry enterprises of the Belgorod region is very difficult to solve without a technological modernization, which guarantee correct and efficient functioning of the enterprise. A significant number of enterprises of the Belgorod region operate on the basis of outdated technologies and equipment, which adversely affects the competitiveness of products. The article analyzes the main indicators of the industry of construction materials, given the characteristics of the industry at the regional level.
