The purpose of work consisted in receiving estimates of distribution of new technological ways in economy of Russia based on the international comparisons. For the ensuring of the international comparisons the estimates of GDP of Russia are received by taking into account the application of methodology of the IMF. For assessment of a contribution of post-industrial technological ways it was accepted that per capita GDP represents the sum of deposits of industrial and post-industrial ways. It is established that the contribution of post-industrial ways approaches 50%. Employment in systems of new treasures makes no more than 10-20% of the working population.

Цель настоящей работы состояла в определении вклада новых, постиндустриальных технологических укладов в душевой ВВП России с оценкой ВВП на основе методологии МВФ. Росстат в 2015 г. стал вносить изменения в оценки национальных счетов Российской Федерации, связанные с внедрением международной методологии оценки жилищных услуг, производимых и потребляемых собственниками жилья; в оценки потребления основного капитала исходя из его текущей рыночной стоимости, согласования данных об экспорте и импорте с данными платежного баланса, разработанного по методологии шестого издания Руководства МВФ по платежному балансу и международной инвестиционной позиции, а также с актуализацией данных по итогам разработки базовых таблиц «Затраты — выпуск» за 2011 г. [1].
В настоящее время Росстат представляет новые оценки ВВП в текущих ценах за 2011–2015 гг. наряду со старыми оценками за период 1995–2011 гг. [2]. Эти оценки представлены в табл. 1 и 2.
