The article presents the results of a new stage in the development of the Voronezh Pedagogical School (VPS) associated with the creation of the General Theory of the Living Word (GTLW) at the Voronezh Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Education (VSC RAE). GTLW is positioned as an integral discipline that unites theological, philosophical, philological, pedagogical and, for the first time, biological aspects. In the context of the Year of National Unity, special attention is paid to the discovery of the third (soborny / conciliar) form of the word, which emphasizes the unifying value-moral principle in speech. The metalanguage of GTLW is revealed, including the concepts of parrhesia, kairos and the term “sympheron” (common benefit, general utility) proposed here, which make it possible to differentiate between constructive (construdo) and destructive (destrudo) speech. It is shown how the symbiotic theory of evolution and the theory of free education receive a new ontological integrative substantiation within the framework of GTLW. The role of artificial intelligence in the development of the theory and the prospects for creating an AI assistant “Living Word” as a tool of hybrid pedagogical intelligence are described. The contribution of the Voronezh Pedagogical School to the formation of Russia's technological sovereignty is substantiated.
