This article analyzes the financial resources and debt sustainability of PJSC Samolet Group for 2020–2024 in the context of a high key rate and contraction of credit markets. The empirical base is formed by the company's financial statements. The financial stability, liquidity, business activity, and profitability ratios, as well as the WACC and financial leverage, are calculated. A critical decline in the equity ratio (to 0.07) and return on assets (to 0.29%) was identified. The cost of borrowed capital increased to 14.99%, leading to negative financial leverage (–1.49 in 2024). The company's current situation is classified as a "debt trap." Asset securitization through a closed-end mutual fund is proposed as a means of reducing the debt burden
