    <p>Актуальность представленного исследования определяется тем, что современный этап развития экономики характеризуется высокой степенью сложности, неопределенности и непредсказуемости, что затрудняет процессы управления организациями на всех этапах их жизненного цикла, неся угрозу сокращения продолжительности этого цикла как такового. В этих условиях возрастает потребность обращения к историческому опыту управления жизненным циклом организации, получившим отражение в развитии теоретических подходах и моделях управления. Целью представленного исследования является детальный анализ модели жизненного цикла организации Александра Александровича Богданова «комплексия –конъюгация – ингрессия – дезингрессия» с точки зрения определения возможностей использования ее положений в современных условиях управления организациями. Научная новизна полученных результатов заключается в комплексном анализе модели жизненного цикла организации А.А. Богданова «комплексия –конъюгация – ингрессия – дезингрессия» как составляющей сформированной в 1920-е годы науки тектологии, с одной стороны, и инструмента управления параметрами жизненного цикла организации в 2020-е годы, с другой стороны. Практическая значимость полученных результатов заключается в определении возможностей использования модели жизненного цикла организации А.А. Богданова в современных экономических условиях, определяемых непостоянством, неопределённостью, сложностью и неоднозначностью современных рыночных реалий.</p>

    <p>The relevance of this study is determined by the fact that the current stage of economic development is characterized by a high degree of complexity, uncertainty, and unpredictability, which complicates organizational management processes at all stages of their life cycle, threatening to shorten the life cycle itself. Under these conditions, there is a growing need to draw on historical experience in managing the organizational life cycle, reflected in the development of theoretical approaches and management models. The purpose of the presented study is a detailed analysis of the model of the life cycle of an organization by Alexander Alexandrovich Bogdanov “complexity-conjugation-ingression-disingression” from the point of view of determining the possibilities of using its provisions in modern conditions of organizational management. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the comprehensive analysis of A.A. Bogdanov's model of the organizational life cycle &quot;complexity-conjugation-ingression-disingression&quot; as a component of the science of tectology formed in the 1920s, on the one hand, and a tool for managing the parameters of the organizational life cycle in the 2020s, on the other. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in determining the possibilities of using the A.A. Bogdanov model of the organizational life cycle in modern economic conditions, determined by the volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity of modern market realities.</p>
