The article is devoted to the issues of fertility support and strengthening family values in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation in the context of modern climate change. The socio-economic and environmental factors affecting the family life of the population of the Arctic region are considered. The measures of the state social policy aimed at improving the standard of living of families, improving housing conditions and creating favorable conditions for the upbringing of children are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the specific problems of the northern regions, such as harsh natural conditions, low population density and limited social services. Recommendations are proposed for improving the system of social protection measures and family policy support, taking into account regional peculiarities and current global trends. The research aims to draw the attention of the public and authorities to the importance of preserving and improving the demographic situation in the Arctic regions, taking into account the need to take effective measures for sustainable social and economic development of the Arctic in the long term.
