The relevance of research into methods for constructing and validating empirical knowledge stems from the key role of the empirical level in scientific cognition. It is at the empirical level that the foundation of scientific facts and laws is formed, the reliability of which determines the validity of theoretical conclusions. According to Lebedeva's S. level-based methodology of science, any level of scientific knowledge is not a "reflection" of objective reality or a logical generalization of a previous level of knowledge. Every scientific knowledge level is constructed by the scientist's thinking and subsequently legitimized by the disciplinary scientific community according to certain criteria. The purpose of this article is to descript the nature of empirical scientific level of knowledge, its connection with the sensory level of knowledge, the structure of the empirical level of knowledge, as well as the methods for constructing its various units and their subsequent validation of the scientific society.
