INTERNAL EMPLOYEES’ MOBILITY: OVERCOMING NEW CHALLENGES

Abstract:
This article explores current trends and prospects for internal personnel mobility, which poses new challenges for modern organizations. Amid heightened uncertainty and rapid changes in the labor market, companies are forced to reconsider their approaches to human resource management. Internal mobility is becoming an important tool for enhancing business competitiveness and sustainability, enabling the optimal redistribution of talent within the organization. It helps reduce recruitment costs, accelerate the filling of vacancies, and increase employee engagement. the article analyzes the key factors contributing to the successful implementation of internal mobility programs and identifies the main problems and barriers companies face. Particular attention is paid to the digitalization of HR processes, the harmonization of HR policies, and adaptation to modern labor market conditions. it is shown that effective mobility management can reduce recruitment costs, increase employee productivity, and build a strong talent pool. Based on an analysis of current research and best practices from Russian and international companies, the author proposes a set of measures to facilitate effective talent management and the development of a talent pool aligned with the organization’s mission and strategy.
