    <p>В современных условиях развития мировой экономики, сопряженной с переходом от пятого технологического уклада к шестому, ожидается (в связи с замещением старых базовых технологий производства новыми) осуществление структурных изменений в организациях, призванных локализовать характерные для этого периода разрывы (противоречий) между уровнем развития новых производительных сил и старых производственных отношений.  В этой связи представляет интерес рассмотрения накопленного научного опыта использование моделей структурных изменений как класса моделей управления процессами развития жизненного цикла организации. Целью представленных исследований является определение перспектив использования модели жизненного цикла организации Брюса Скотта «Стратегия и структура» в современных рыночных условиях хозяйствования. Научная новизна полученных в работе результатов заключается в расширении возможностей использования модели Б. Скотта «стратегия и структура» посредством учета уровня рассогласования между вектором контекстуальных параметров развития организации и вектором структурных параметров развития организации на каждом этапе жизненного цикла посредством нормированной количественной косинусоидальной оценки угла рассогласования рассматриваемых векторов и сопряжения получаемых результатов с качественной квалиметрической оценкой. Практическая значимость полученных результатов заключается  в том, что предложенный инструментарий может быть использован при принятии стратегических решений об изменении структуры организации на различных этапах ее жизненного цикла.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>In the current context of global economic development, coupled with the transition from the fifth technological paradigm to the sixth, structural changes in organizations are expected (due to the replacement of old basic production technologies with new ones). These changes are intended  to address the gaps (contradictions) characteristic of this period between the level of development  of new productive forces and old production relations. In this regard, it is of interest to examine  the accumulated scientific experience of using structural change models as a class of models  for managing organizational life cycle development processes. The purpose of this research is to determine the prospects for using Bruce Scott's organizational life cycle model, &quot;Strategy and Structure,&quot; in today's market economic conditions. The scientific novelty of the results obtained  in the work lies in expanding the possibilities of using B. Scott's &quot;strategy and structure&quot; model  by taking into account the level of mismatch between the vector of contextual parameters of the organization's development and the vector of structural parameters of the organization's development at each stage of the life cycle through a normalized quantitative cosine assessment of the angle  of mismatch of the vectors under consideration and conjugation of the obtained results with  a qualitative qualimetric assessment. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the fact that the proposed tools can be used when making strategic decisions about changing the structure  of an organization at various stages of its life cycle.</p>
