In this article, the author presents a fundamental study that contributes to the economics of industry projects in industry. The author presents the theoretical framework, reveals the applied context, examines the theory of adaptive management and organizational learning, lists the key areas of the researchers, whose works are the theoretical foundation for the development of criteria and typologies in the context of industry systems. The main result of the scientific work is the methodological approach proposed by the author to the study of a new phenomenon using hybrid digital resources in industries in the context of Industry 4.0. The methodological approach proposed in the work to the study of a new phenomenon using hybrid digital resources in industries leads to fundamental shifts in the nature of work.
