The article deals with the analysis of implementation of mentoring technology at civil service and reviews the difficulties appearing during this process and decreasing its effectiveness and the expected results. The offered measures are intended to promote and develop the mentoring technology at civil service, thus to provide the continuity of proficiency and traditions.
