The article analyzes algorithmic pricing as a tool for digital transformation of industry markets using the example of aviation and mechanical engineering. It examines the theoretical foundations and modern approaches (dynamic tariff systems, revenue management, and personalized models), microeconomic effects (price discrimination, risks of algorithmic collusion, and changes in demand elasticity), and the differences in the application of algorithms in B2C and B2B segments using Russian cases (Aeroflot, S7 Airlines, Pobeda, KamAZ, and Rostec). The risks for small companies and new participants are shown (growth of entry barriers, dependence on large platforms). Regulatory and ethical aspects are discussed and recommendations for business and antitrust policy are proposed.
