Abstract (English):
Is considered a variant of the questions for the expert examination in the appointment of car collisions on pedestrians in the dark. It is proposed that research questions the conduct of investigative experiment with car-party collision and subsequent comparison of the obtained results of the experiment with the normative parameters of the vehicle, regulated by normative documents of its operation, which will enhance the quality of examination and objective assessment of the action participants
