INNOVATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT BASED ON NETWORK INTERACTIONS

Abstract (English):
The article reviews innovation management concept based on inter-organizational collaboration. Classification of collaboration types and benefits from virtual networking in are given. The key principals of organizational interaction in the field of innovation are discussed along with effective organizational structures. Presented data was integrated after academic journals’ review and study of structural collaboration models proposed by several analytical centers and groups. Eventually the basic algorithms for collaborative network construction and operation are proposed by the authors. Prospects for future research in the field of innovative actors’ collaboration are indicated within the article.

Введение

Современное инновационное предприятие, функционирующее в эпоху высокой экономической нестабильности, неизбежно сталкивается с проблемой сокращения жизненного цикла изделий, разработка которых, как правило, требует существенных ресурсных вложений. В связи с этим возникает необходимость проводить ускорение и совмещение этапов R&D, сокращать затраты на опытное освоение и маркетинг, искать новые пути обеспечения устойчивости бизнеса [1]. Подобные вызовы ведут к кардинальному пересмотру качества взаимодействия с внешней средой, представленной другими субъектами инновационной деятельности, и дополнительной оценке возможностей перспективного сотрудничества в формате различного рода трансорганизационных взаимодействий. При этом сетевой характер взаимодействия, основанный на горизонтальной интеграции, приобретает и внутрикорпоративное значение, развивая внутренние компетенции, связанные с приобретением, усвоением и использованием новых знаний.
