The article analyzes the investment attractiveness of the Russian economy in the context of sanctions pressure, geopolitical risks and structural changes. The dynamics of investment in fixed assets and foreign direct investment, the impact of external restrictions on key industries, as well as regional imbalances are considered. Despite the decline in activity of Western investors, the interest of Asian countries, especially China, remains. The key problems are identified: technological backwardness, bureaucratic barriers, dependence on the raw materials sector. Measures to improve the investment climate are proposed, including diversification of the economy, support for high-tech industries and development of cooperation with Asia.
