Modern businesses face many challenges that challenge their ability to adapt and grow. Despite these conditions, entrepreneurs make choices. It is worth noting that uncertainty and risk are inherent components of decision making. At the helm of decision making is the entrepreneur who makes these decisions to grow his or her business. Due to their cognitive abilities such as analytical thinking, creativity and ability to adapt the external environment, the entrepreneur boldly makes a managerial decision to overcome the obstacles to the development of the organization. While studying the topic, the works of scholars such as J. Ronen, C.-E. Warnerid, Gilad B, articles by G. Simon and R. Heiner were analyzed.
