The article considers the relevance of the problem of forming a new management model presented in the article by A.V. Tebekin and N.V. Mitropolskaya-Rodionova on the topic: "Formation of the management model M4.0 as a new management paradigm of the post-industrial economy", published in the journal "Theoretical Economics" No. 4 for 2025. A comprehensive analysis of the new management model M4.0 proposed by the authors, continuing the well-known series of management models M1.0-M3.0, is carried out. The scientific validity of the peer-reviewed new management model M4.0 is demonstrated. The feasibility of further development of scientific research related to the new management model M4.0 is shown.
