Рассмотрены конструктивные решения, используемые в шпиндельных узлах массовых современных металлорежущих станков, а также особенности ремонта подшипниковых опор. Основное внимание уделено специфике использования подшипников качения в высокоскоростных шпиндельных узлах, их подбору, подготовке к установке и установке.
Design solutions used in spindle assemblies of modern mass-produced metal-cutting machines as well as the repair features of bearing supports are considered. The main attention is paid to the specific character of using rolling bearings in high-speed spindle assemblies, their selection, preparation for installation and installation itself.
